How long does the production process take?
Our veils are made individually for you. The standard processing time is approximately 6–8 weeks.
Depending on order volume and production capacity, your order may be completed and shipped earlier in some cases.
Can I change my personalization?
Changes to the personalization are only possible as long as production has not yet started.

Is there a right of withdrawal or return?
Please note that personalized products are made specifically according to your wishes and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal .
Of course, we will always help you with justified complaints.
How does the shipping process work?
Once your order is complete, it will be shipped. You will then receive an email with the tracking number , which you can use to track the shipment status at any time.
